My car has been deemed a total loss, what do I do now?

Please contact us at servicing@carputty.com with your insurance information, or you may have your insurance adjuster contact us directly. In the case where the amount your insurance company is offering to pay does not cover the balance on your account, you will remain responsible for the outstanding difference. If you have GAP insurance, it may cover any difference that your primary insurance company will not cover. Please open a claim with them and provide us with their information for follow-up.
