How do I update my contact information for payments and billing?

To update your contact information, go to the Payments dashboard: Sign in to your dashboard, then click or tap on Payment Details. You may need to sign-in using an authentication code that will be emailed to you.

In the Payments system, navigate to Settings. Click or tap on Edit (located near the information you want to update). For some updates, we’ll send you a one-time code to verify the change.

To keep your account secured you cannot update your personal information such as name, date of birth or Social Security Number. To update your personal information please contact us at help@carputty.com.
