How do I see my active and past loans?

To view your active loans, sign in to your Carputty account and go to the Active Loans section.

If you have a bold textFlexline™, click or tap on Payment Details—you may be asked to verify your identity with an authentication code. You’ll be able to manage payments, view your loan terms, and track payoff progress directly within your dashboard.

If you have a bold textFlexloan™, you’ll see key loan information in your dashboard, including the vehicle, loan amount, and APR. For full payment details, account updates, and statements, click the “Westlake Payment Portal” button to go directly to Westlake Financial Services. You can also access the portal here: myaccount.westlakefinancial.com

To view your past loans, go to the Active Loans section and click View past loans, then select the loan you’d like to review.
